A trip to the park

Taking a trip to the park together is a fantastic way for your baby to learn about the world around them.

Try describing what your baby is looking at and repeating new words.

Please be aware that some plants can be harmful to babies. The RHS has a helpful list of potentially harmful plants here. If in doubt about anything your baby has come into contact with, seek medical advice from your GP.

Face your baby when chatting to them, and describe what they can see. Talk about the different sights, colours, and sounds.
