It is one of the weekly activities that I completed for my school work. I did the night fairy art piece and I was inspired by this activity as I found it fun and very creative to do!!
I listened to Anna Clyne’s Night Ferry and I drew the music as I heard it, using different colours to represent the different sounds. I like to do this a lot, just like the artist Wassily Kandinsky did. I like to ‘see’ colour in music. I then used my drawings to make a sculpture of a wave in the sea. By Emilia, Year 4

A Ten Pieces At Home Creative Response
This sculpture was inspired by Anna Clyne's Night Ferry. Henry wanted his sculpture to look like planes; he thought of them flying over the sea whilst the music was playing.
"We made this as part of a school project. It turned into a sea monster as we progressed."
