Ciaran Scullion, Head of Music Arts Council of Northern Ireland
Arts Council of Wales

"For young people, music-making can be a life-changing experience. Our own research has shown that music education can help achieve this when all those involved work together and share a common aim to support young people. We are thrilled to be a part of the BBC's Ten Pieces initiative and look forward to helping create more life-changing music-making opportunities." Matt Griffiths, Executive Director
