How to deliver careers support in your school

A series of short films profiling a diverse range of schools and careers practitioners from across the UK, exploring their approach to careers support and examining what’s working for them.

We visit five different schools in five different areas of the UK. Each school has a unique approach to careers education, based on the unique circumstances and context of the school.

The careers practitioners from these various institutions talk about what's in place at their schools, and offer takeaway tips that you may wish to apply in your school.

At the bottom of this page you'll find a link to the BBC Bitesize careers site - designed for your students and covering the world of work with advice from people who've found the right path for them.

In this short film deputy headteacher Stephen Logan and his team describe the careers programme at Malet Lambert school in Kingston-upon-Hull.
