Religious Studies KS3: S is for Saints

Saints are people who led holy lives and were granted a special place in the heavens as a result.

But what does it take to become a saint? This short animated film introduces pupils to the remarkable lives of a few saints, and details the significance that these figures have across Christianity and, in particular, in Roman Catholicism.

This is from the series: A-Z of Religion and Beliefs
