PSHE KS3 & KS4/GCSE: Binge eating – Hayley’s story

Binge eating is now considered to be as dangerous as anorexia and bulimia.

This follows the story of Hayley who explains about her eating disorder and the way it has affected her since she was eight years old.

She explains how binge eating helped her to cope with her body hatred.

Hayley discusses how she is starting to conquer her condition with the help of therapy.

An animated sequence shows the part that fatty foods play in stimulating the production of endorphins.

This clip is from the series Body Matters.
