PSHE EYFS / KS1: Feeling Better - Embarrassed

Dr Radha Modgil is joined by her two puppet friends, Ben and Breagha, to find out about what it's like to feel embarrassed and together they explore different ways to help you feel better.

This clip is from the series Feeling Better.

Teacher Notes

You could split your class into smaller groups and ask them to think about times when they have felt embarrassed. How did it make them feel?

They could then share these thoughts within their smaller group, if they wish.

As a class you could also try the breathing activity that Dr Radha demonstrates in the clip.

Curriculum Notes

This clip is relevant for use with children at Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) in England, Wales and Northern Ireland and Scotland.

It is also suitable for teaching PSHE at KS1 and Health and Wellbeing at Early and 1st Level.
