English Literature GCSE: Lord of the Flies - Themes

Key themes of civilisation versus savagery and leadership in Lord of the Flies by William Golding are explored by aliens trying to learn about planet earth.

The aliens discuss key moments and quotations from the text and watch scenes being acted out.

They do this in order to support their explorations of how these themes are highlighted through the novel.

This clip is from the series Invasion of the Bookreaders.
