EYFS / KS1 Music: Teaching different pitches

This is a great game to introduce kids to the concept of what pitch is.

You’ll need an instrument for this game but you can use any instrument that has different pitches however, sounds that ring out more, like chime bars and glockenspiels are preferable.

Curriculum notes

These clips are suitable for teaching music at EYFS and Key Stage 1 in England, Foundation in Wales, Early Years and Foundation KS1 in Northern Ireland and Early and First Level in Scotland.
