Ex-Wales captain Sam Warburton waits at Cardiff airport for a flight to Paris for the Six Nations

Wales women had their Friday morning flight from Bristol Airport to France cancelled because of wintry weather.

The Six Nations squad will fly out early on Saturday morning from Heathrow Airport to Toulouse for Saturday's game in Montpellier (20:00 GMT).

Meanwhile, ex-Wales captain Sam Warburton's journey for France v Wales in the Six Nations was disrupted.

Warburton was going to Paris as a BBC analyst, but flights from Cardiff were affected.

In the Welsh Premiership, all-but one game has been postponed on Saturday, 2 February; Carmarthen Quins v Bedwas will still go ahead.

Merthyr against north Wales side RGC, Bargoed v Cardiff, Pontypridd v Bridgend, Newport v Llanelli, Llandovery v Aberavon and Ebbw Vale v Neath are all postponed.

Wrexham's National League match against Boreham Wood on Saturday has been called off after a pitch inspection on Friday, as has Merthyr's home clash with Dorchester in the Southern League, Premier Division South.

Friday's horse race meeting at Chepstow was also called off because of the weather.
