Michaela Breeze lifting aspirations in Aberdare

Michaela Breeze is a Welsh sporting legend. A gold medallist at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester and Melbourne, she also won five silver medals at the Games, her last in Delhi in 2010 when she captained the team.
She announced her retirement after Delhi, and now the former school teacher Breeze, 33, is passing on her experience to youngsters in Aberdare.
She told Sport Wales reporter Steffan Garrero about her aims and aspirations and her hopes of unearthing future Welsh champions.
