World number five Caroline Wozniacki and British number one Heather Watson will play at the Aegon International in Eastbourne next month.
Dane Wozniacki, 24, won the tournament in 2009 while Watson, who turns 23 on Tuesday, was beaten in the semi-finals last year.
Six of the world's top 10, including two-time Wimbledon champion Petra Kvitova, will appear in Sussex.
The tournament at Devonshire Park takes place between 20 and 27 June.
"We are delighted with this year's player field for the Aegon International," tournament director Gavin Fletcher said.
"Once again some of the best players in the world have chosen to make their final preparations for Wimbledon on the grass courts at Devonshire Park."
