Tomas Berdych will defend his ABN Amro World Tennis Tournament title against Stan Wawrinka in the final after an easy semi-final win over Gilles Simon.
The Czech world number seven beat Simon of France 6-2 6-1 in 58 minutes in Rotterdam.
Switzerland's Wawrinka was given a more severe test by Canadian Milos Raonic, but came through 7-6 (7-3) 7-6 (9-7).
The 2014 Australian Open champion saved two set points in the second tie-break before serving his way to victory.
Simon had beaten tournament top seed Andy Murray in the quarter-finals before facing Berdych, but was completely outplayed and only won one point off the Czech's serve.
Raonic proved to be a sterner opponent for Wawrinka, but could not convert any of his six break points during their 97-minute contest.
