@324 PeterOnly slams are relevant? That's your opinion, and it's a weird one at that. After all, sport is about results, and the results between Rafa and Fed are clear: RN has won 21 times, RF 10. I'm not sure if you've ever actually played tennis (or any other sport) but try playing someone 31 times, losing 21 of those and then claiming you're the better player. Let me know how you get on.
Cycling, tennis ,athletics, football;testing is never going to catch the cheats Kathy Smallwood would have had so many medals if it weren't for the "winners" who finished ahead of her.
Lance never failed a test
Hearty congratulations to US Open champions Rafa, Leander, Radek, Serena, Hlavackova, Hradecka and Mirnyi.Well played.Dr. Cajetan Coelho
I would be very happy if Nadal can somehow get to 18 GS Titles. Hopefully people will then stop dishing Nadal. Whatever happens, there is no comparison who is the better human being. That is what we can all learn from Rafa. Never a foul word out of his mouth. Zero arrogance.

@355 purple - you're slightly off topic but your comment is amusing nonetheless!
We should assume Nadal doesn't change nappies, then. The most ridiculous research effort ever undertaken http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/health-24016988Testacles fill and they empty. They get bigger and then smaller.Testicular volume is correlated to reproductive urge and these scientists have serious personal issues. New balls, please!
Nerdy stat alert. As well as a quick look at Rafa's chances of overtaking Federer to Grand Slam winning records.http://samhopwood.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/can-rafa-get-to-18-slams.html
@350 - it's ok, sg90 is just a pathetic no mark with no real achievements of his/her own, so he makes him/herself feel like a big man/woman by trying to do down the achievements of others. It's apparently anathema to him/her that some people just combine hard work with talent to accomplish their goals. A sad, desperate and pitiable individual.
some pathetic people taking a dig at nadal as usual but nice to majority of them appreciating nadal's success after his comeback.
