Carlin & Miley star in Sheffield

Jazmin Carlin and Hannah Miley secure world-leading times in their respective 800m freestyle and 400m individual medley (IM) finals on the second day of the British Championships.
Carlin missed last year's Games after suffering with glandular fever but her comeback time of eight minutes 18.56 seconds was a near six-second personal best and the 22-year-old says she now wants to hone in on Rebecca Adlington's world record of 8:14:10.
Miley, who won silver in the 400m IM event at the 2011 World Championships, but was sixth in the London Olympic final, finished in four minutes, 35.67 seconds ahead of Amiee Wilmott who also qualified for Barcelona.
