Madeline Perry was forced to concede after two games of her Irish Open semi-final in Dublin because of a back injury.

The 2010 champion from Banbridge lost the opening game 11-9 to New Zealand's Jaclyn Hawkes.

Perry was struggling with the injury in the second game, which Hawkes won 11-8.

That was enough for Perry, who came back on the court during the break to concede.
