Ten Scottish athletes selected for European Championships
Ten Scots have been named in the Great Britain team for next month's European Championships in Amsterdam.
However, some Scottish athletes have opted not to accept selection as they prepare for the Olympic Games in Rio.
Laura Muir, Lynsey Sharp, Chris O'Hare and Andy Butchart have declined places.
But there will still be a strong Scottish track and field contingent in Amsterdam, including current European Champion Eilidh Doyle, who will compete in the 4x400m relay.
The other Scots selected for the European Championships are:
Jake Wightman (1500m)
Mark Dry (Discus)
Steph Twell (5000m)
Laura Whittle (5000m)
Eilish McColgan (5000m)
Lennie Waite (3000m steeplechase)
Callum Hawkins (Half-marathon)
Derek Hawkins (Half-marathon)
Tsegai Tewelde (Half-marathon)
