London Welsh 'confident' after being given more time to pay debts
London Welsh have been given more time to pay outstanding debts.
The Championship club announced in a statement on Monday that an insolvency court had granted an adjournment "for a number of weeks".
The statement added: "The club remains confident that it will be able to satisfy such outstanding amounts."
In September, the Exiles avoided liquidation after paying their debts and ensuring a winding-up petition was dismissed by the High Court.
It followed a takeover being agreed by a United States-based investment group.
