Wales pair Alun Wyn Jones and Dan Biggar could make their first Ospreys starts of the season in their Pro12 match at Leinster on Friday.
Lock Jones and fly-half Biggar were given extended rests after Wales' tour of New Zealand.
They made their first Ospreys appearances of the season as replacements in the 64-10 win over Treviso on Saturday.
"Mentally they are ready to start," said Ospreys backs coach Gruff Rees.
"Physically they've had the luxury of a longer period than we've been able to afford. They'll get the benefit of that later in the season."
Ospreys are top of the Pro12 table having claimed bonus-point victories in each of their opening three fixtures of the campaign.
They are away against former champions Leinster on Friday, with the Irish province fifth in the table after beating Edinburgh last time out.
"They went away from home last week and really took a grip. Some of the attacks had a clinical edge," Rees added.
Ospreys' strong start to the season is in stark contrast to the last campaign, when they lost five of their first six games.
"There so much possession, that's fantastic for me. You see so much quality and quantity of backs' work," said Rees.
"There's a carrying game from individual backs and we're getting the balance right between the width of our play and going through an opposition side."
