Rugby player, 18, suffers suspected broken neck
A teenage Welsh rugby player has suffered a suspected broken neck.
Tonna rugby club hooker Jake Buckley, 18, suffered the injury during a game against Rhigos RFC on Saturday.
The Neath valley club says it has been overwhelmed with messages of support for the player.
The game was called off and Buckley taken to Morriston Hospital, Swansea. He is now being treated at University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff where he underwent surgery at the weekend.
In a statement, the club said it has been "overwhelmed with the support for Jake from clubs from far and wide. Thanks to one and all. It means so much".
