Scarlets coach Wayne Pivac hopes Wales lock Jake Ball will have recovered from a concussion scare for Saturday's European Champions Cup game at Ulster.
Ball is being assessed following his part in Wales' 12-6 win over South Africa last weekend.
Pivac said Ball is "recovering well" from his knock.
That leaves Pivac's side second behind unbeaten Toulon going into the third round.
Pivac expects all his Wales squad members from the autumn Tests to be available after returning to the region.
Backs Liam Williams, Scott Williams, Rhys Priestland, Rhodri Williams and forwards Samson Lee, Emyr Phillips, Rhodri Jones and Ball had varying workloads during the November Tests against Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and the Springboks.
Tight-head prop Lee has been nursing a knee injury through the autumn series, but was impressive in the victory over South Africa.
"Samson's knee looks good so we would expect to have him in the mix and Jake Ball is recovering well from a knock he took," said Pivac.
"So we'd expect to have all the Wales players available for training and selection on Thursday."
Pivac hopes the Scarlets will benefit from Ball and Lee's involvement in Wales' impressive forward displays during the international series.
"Samson's game went to another level," he added.
"His scrummaging in particular - I think back to the penalty try against Australia - he had a massive input into that obviously.
"And then to come up against New Zealand and South Africa and to go into those games with little preparation because of his knee I thought he did extremely well and that all bodes well for us."
Meanwhile, Scarlets have signed centre Hadleigh Parkes from New Zealand provincial side Auckland.
Parkes has been registered for Europe and could be in Belfast with the Llanelli-based region as a travelling reserve.
