Australia edge Wales in Cardiff cracker

Australia edged a thunderous, riveting Test match in Cardiff to beat Wales for the ninth straight time.

Wales winger George North collected his own kick-ahead to score after just a minute but Australia edged in front with stunning tries from Christian Leali'ifano and Israel Folau.

The visitors led 17-16 at the break before threatening a second-half rout, orchestrated by fly-half Quade Cooper.

Joe Tomane grabbed a third, but North struck again as Wales ended strongly.
