Keith Wood part of Ireland coach interview panel
Former Ireland captain Keith Wood was part of the panel which interviewed candidates for the post of Irish head coach last week.
Wood was an independent consultant in a four-man group, which also included two members of the IRFU.
The panel will make a recommendation to the IRFU's union committee on who they believe should succeed Declan Kidney.
Leinster's Joe Schmidt, interim coach Les Kiss and Australian Ewen McKenzie have expressed interest in the job.
When announcing earlier this month that Kidney's contract would not be renewed, the IRFU stated that one of his assistants, Les Kiss, would be interim head coach taking charge of the summer tour to North America which will see Ireland play against the United States and Canada.
Wood was joined on the panel by Philip Browne and Martin O'Sullivan of the IRFU and a representative from international sports marketing agency CSM.
It is not known when an appointment will be confirmed.
