Cornish Pirates assistant coach Harvey Biljon is wary of the threat Munster will pose in their British & Irish Cup quarter-final on Sunday.
Pirates beat Munster in the first-ever final of the competition in 2010.
"We've always had tough games against Munster both in the pouring rain in Clonmel and in the final," said Biljon.
"We'll do as much research as we can with the information that we've got but any Munster team you play is going to be tough," he added.
Pirates have won just one of their last five matches in all competitions and despite the challenge Munster pose, Biljon wants his side to embrace the occasion.
"Players can go through their whole careers without an opportunity to win silverware or be in a position to be in a semi-final or quarter-final.
"You need to cherish these opportunities and we've got one on Sunday," he insisted.
