Scotland fly-half Ruaridh Jackson is in danger of missing the start of the Six Nations campaign after picking up an injury playing for Glasgow Warriors.
And international prop Moray Low will also be assessed after suffering a knee injury in Glasgow's 16-14 defeat by Scarlets in the Pro12 league.
Shortly after Low scored a try, Jackson pulled a hamstring and had to be replaced in the 12th minute.
It was suffered in the process of kicking successfully for an 8-3 lead.
An under-strength Warriors eventually paid for being down to 13 men after back rowers Rob Harley and Ryan Wilson were sin-binned in Llanelli.
The game could now also be costly to Scotland's Six Nations campaign, with both Jackson and Low having been named in Andy Robinson's 36-man squad earlier this week.
