A hat-trick of tries from Guy Thompson helped Jersey to a 54-13 win at Cambridge, despite playing the second-half with 14 men.
The result extends the islanders' winning streak to six games in National League One.
Anders Mogensen touched down for the hosts as Dave McCormack, Myles Landick, Ed Dawson and Michael Le Bourgeois also grabbed tries for Jersey.
Nathan Hannay was sent off just before half-time for headbutting Darren Fox.
But despite being a man down, the island side pushed on in the second period to pass the 50-points mark for the second game in a row.
Thompson, who also scored twice in last weekend's 51-21 win over Barking, said: "I'm just a very small part in a big engine really.
"All we need to do is trust each other and really put a performance in.
"We don't fear anyone in this league and the games we've lost until now, we know we haven't played as well as we could."
