Oxford Harlequins captain Simon Chadbone wants to avenge last year's semi-final Oxford Cup loss to Chinnor when the sides meet in Sunday's final.
After losing 26-12 to Chinnor last season, Quins will face them again at Oxford University's Iffley Road ground.
"We didn't win it last year and lost to Chinnor so we want to get the trophy back," the 32-year-old told BBC Oxford.
"They're our rivals so we always want to try and beat them as it give us bragging rights for the off season."
The tight-head prop continued: "It's a massive occasion for us. It's our last chance to win something and to take something from the season."
Quins, who last won the trophy in 2008, suffered a disappointing end to the National Three South West season, finishing in 10th place. And Chadbone believes that winning the cup will help the team progress next year.
"We can take that forward into next year and go into next season as cup holders having beaten everyone in Oxfordshire," said Chadbone. "So, in effect, we would be the best club in the county.
"That's how we look at it and this is our respite from the league and gives us something else to focus on."
