Huddersfield Giants: Anderson wants Salford Red Devils revenge
Huddersfield Giants coach Paul Anderson feels his side 'owe Salford one' after Rangi Chase's tackle on Brett Ferres left the England man sidelined.
Chase was handed a seven-match ban for a dangerous throw in Salford's 18-12 win at the John Smith's Stadium last month.
Ferres has subsequently been ruled out for three months with an ankle injury.
"We owe them one - it's as simple as that," Anderson said ahead of Friday's meeting between the sides.
"I've still got an international forward not playing because of some of the cheap shots they did that night.
"My opinion over the incident hasn't changed between then and now and we've got to make sure we're good physically."
Huddersfield are sixth in Super League while Salford, who tried to get last week's visit to Hull FC postponed because a number of their players are missing through injury and suspension, are seventh.
