Lee Briers: Brian Noble backs Warrington man for World Cup
Lee Briers should consider playing for Wales at the 2013 World Cup, according to ex-Great Britain coach Brian Noble.
Warrington stand-off Briers, 34, at the conclusion of the 2011 Four Nations.
But despite his advancing years, Noble is convinced that Briers still has a lot to offer at international level.
"He's got the body and he's got the brain and he probably would do a great job for Wales at the World Cup," Noble told the BBC's Super League Show.
"The only question mark he'll have is whether he can go through another six hard weeks in a World Cup environment.
"It's the brain that's got to answer that question, because physically and tactically he can still do it for sure."

"You treat every game like your last," he said. "My body is still good and my mind is still fresh. Once that packs in, I'll know, but hopefully it's not for a long time yet."
