Wakefield Wildcats' Aaron Murphy requires wrist surgery
Wakefield Wildcats will be without centre Aaron Murphy for the rest of the season as he requires wrist surgery.
Murphy, 22, has been playing with the injury but it has been decided that the operation cannot be delayed and he will miss his side's final three matches.
He has scored two tries for the struggling Wildcats this season.
Wakefield, who take on neighbours Castlefield on Saturday, currently sit bottom of Super League XVI with eight points from 24 matches.
