Wakefield Wildcats sign Peter Fox and Ali Lauititi
Wakefield Trinity Wildcats have signed Hull KR winger Peter Fox and Leeds Rhinos second row Ali Lauititi.
England international Fox, 26, returns to Belle Vue on a three-year deal after leaving the club in 2007.
Lauititi, a 32-year-old New Zealand and Samoa international, has agreed a two-year deal after seven seasons at Leeds.
During his time with the Rhinos, Lauititi won four Grand Finals, two League Leaders shields and two World Club Challenges.
Fox, who was allowed to leave Craven Park with one year left on his contract, said: "The Wildcats were my first Super League club back in 2007 and after a memorable season it was a major decision to move to Hull KR."
Fox has been the leading try scorer for the last three seasons at Hull KR with 55 tries in 104 appearances and has made seven appearances for England, scoring six times.
Wildcats chief executive James Elston added: "I am very happy to be able to welcome Foxy back to Wakefield and am pleased that we have captured his signature for the next three seasons.
"We are thrilled that Ali has joined the club for the next two years. He is a marquee signing for us and not only is he an incredibly talented player; he is also a great person.
"He is the calibre of player whose signature doesn't need explaining. His international honours, amount of tries and number of impressive performances tell a tale of their own and we are delighted to have him with us."
Lauititi joined Leeds in 2004 from NRL club New Zealand Warriors where he was named the competition's 'Second-Rower of The Year'.
He has 22 representative caps, 19 for New Zealand and three for Samoa.
Lauititi said: "I am really pleased to have signed here at Wakefield. I have a lot of friends that have either played here in the past or are playing now and they all have great things to say about the club."
Wakefield have also confirmed that centre Chris Dean has been released and will be joining Widnes Vikings next season.
