Seamus Quigley struck 1-8 for Fermanagh with Paul Ward hitting the second goal.
Tyrone led 0-6 to 0-3 at half-time at Omagh although John Devine had made two great saves.
Caolan Rafferty's goal helped QUB edge ahead but Ronan O'Neill's goal enabled Tyrone to regain control.
An eighth-minute Paul Ward goal put Fermanagh in early control at Enniskillen but Conal Kelly replied with a three-pointer for the Saffrons three minutes later.
Fermanagh's first-half points came from Quigley (three), Sean Quigley, Brian Og Maguire and Ward.
Michael Magill scored two points for Antrim, who trailed 1-6 to 1-2 at the interval.
