American rider Jeremy Toye is to make his debut at the North West 200.
The Californian racer, who finished third in last year's Macau Grand Prix, will compete under the Sondel Racing Kawasaki UK banner.
He will be joined in the team by another newcomer, Steve Mercer, who hails from Maidstone in Kent.
Toye competed in the Isle of Man TT in 2006, taking the fastest newcomer accolade, while Mercer claimed the same title in 2009.
Toye, from San Diego, finished behind established road racing stars Stuart Easton and Michael Rutter at Macau.
The 35 year old started racing at the age of 14 and has competed in a full range of two wheel sports from supercross and motocross to flat track and desert riding, as well as traditional road racing.
Mercer competed in selected Superbike and Superstock rounds of the British Superbike Championship last year and plans to take part in the British Superstock 1000 Championship this season.
