King's Lynn's Kenneth Bjerre stole the show from Coventry's debuting Russian rider Emil Sayfutdinov in a 50-40 win on Wednesday.
While all eyes were on the new Bees signing, who scored 12, Dane Bjerre clocked up a 15-point haul.
"It was a good performance by myself but I'm so happy with the team," he told BBC Radio Norfolk.
"All the guys stand together and help each other and that's what pleased me today."
Bjerre was supported by fellow countryman Mads Korneliussen's 10-point showing while Sayfutdinov's tally for the Bees was backed up by a 10 from Ryan Fisher.
The Stars are next in action on Monday when they head to Peterborough, and former Panthers Bjerre, Korneliussen and Niels Kristian Iversen return to their former side.
"It's just another meeting, we have to prepare for that," said Bjerre.
"It's been my home track for four or five years, I know the track so hopefully I can still remember what it's like there."
