  1. Bye!

We'll be back tomorrow with Novak Djokovic, Coco Gauff and Felix Auger-Aliassime all in action.

And if that's not enough, it's time for Andy Murray and Serena Williams' Wimbledon 2019 mixed doubles challenge to begin.

In the meantime, you can remind yourself how Murray won in the men's doubles first round here.

  3. Oops

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

Remember that time you were hit by a two-time Wimbledon champion?

This is one for Marius Copil to remember.

  4. 'We played well together'

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

    Pierre-Hugues Herbert added:

"It's the first time we've played together. We stayed together after losing the first set, didn't panic and played well so we're really happy.

    "We played well together."

    Murray
  5. 'We got better as it went on'

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

Andy Murray said after the win:

"It was nice. I was a little bit nervous at the start but got better as the match went on. It was a really nice atmosphere at the end.

"The new roof is brilliant. It changed the conditions slightly but the crowd make a lot more noise.

"It's tough but as the match went on we started to get more comfortable. We started reading each other's games better. Things were happening naturally and that's how you want it to be in doubles.

    "Hopefully we'll keep getting better."

  6. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

    Andrew Castle

BBC Sport tennis commentator at Wimbledon

Andy himself has said perhaps he should have had the new hip earlier.

Now that he's pain free and has the joy of playing again, this is his second career. I think he's going to enjoy the second career a lot more than the first.

  7. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

Andy Murray thought his career might be over after hip surgery in January.

Now, six months on, he's back winning on the green grass of Wimbledon. Not bad.

And he even tidies up a bit, putting empty packets in the bin, before heading to sign A LOT of autographs.

  8. Game, set and match Herbert and Murray

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-6 Herbert/Murray

Of course it's Andy Murray who hits the match-winning shot.

The Brit slams the ball down at the net and he and Herbert are through to the second round!

Murray waves to the crowd as he soaks up some Wimbledon love. That must feel good after a year away from SW19.

  9. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-5 *Herbert/Murray

Copil's return is much better. He lands the ball at Herbert's feet and the Frenchman pops it long. First match point lost. But the crowd is willing them to win the second.

  10. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-5 *Herbert/Murray

Humbert's return goes into the net. Just one point now.

  11. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-5 Herbert/Murray

Herbert catches a line judge with his serve, but she gives the camera a smile.

The Frenchman sprints left to pick up a drop-shot and his return is perfect, catching Copil off guard. Two points from victory.

  12. Crowd loving Murray under the roof

    Anna Thompson

    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

There’s still a huge crowd on Number One Court as Murray and his partner look set to close this match out soon.

And it definitely sounds loud under the closed roof with lots of “come on Andy.”

  13. Herbert and Murray serving for a place in the second round

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-5 Herbert/Murray

It's hard to keep up with how quickly Herbert and Murray are steamrolling towards victory.

Humbert double faults and goes 15-30 down. Then Murray puts in another one of his perfect returns and there's no way the Frenchman can get to it. Herbert is inspired to make a superb return of his own and the pair are just one game away now.

  14. Murray holds

    Copil/Humbert* 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-4 Herbert/Murray

Murray groans as he strains to make a forehand volley, but make it he does. He winds his arm around his shoulder to warm up for his next serve and it does the trick - the return goes long. 40-0.

Humbert can't return the next one, either. Two games from victory.

  15. Nadal v Kyrgios highlights

Rafael Nadal beat Nick Kyrgios in a match that had everything earlier. Have a watch of this to find out why.

  16. Herbert and Murray break

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-3 Herbert/Murray*

    Another one!

Copil twists a forehand wide, he checks with Hawk Eye but it's out. Two breaks up.

  17. Post update

    *Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-2 Herbert/Murray

Copil's serving seemed impossible to threaten, but Murray has his number now. He returns a 123 mph return with a pacy backhand to bring up deuce.

Then Copil hits the ball wide and Murray and Herbert have a chance for a second break.

    Andy Murray
  18. Post update

    *Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-2 Herbert/Murray

Oops. Copil winds up for a big old smash... and slams it straight into the floor on his side of the net.

Murray has much more success up front, sidestepping right to pop the ball over and go 30-15 up.

  19. Herbert holds

    *Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-2 Herbert/Murray

Herbert puts a bit of kick on his second serve and Humbert's return goes into the net.

The break has been backed up.

    Murray and Herbert
  20. Post update

    Copil/Humbert 6-4 1-6 4-6 0-1 *Herbert/Murray

Herbert is given a bit of a scare at deuce, but he's as bouncy as ever at the net to bring up advantage.

A double fault and it's back to deuce, though. The Frenchman probably doesn't normally play in front of such a large and vociferous crowd. It must feel a bit strange out there.
