    Wales women v Scotland women (18:00 GMT)

    Wales women: Wales head coach Rowland Phillips has picked four uncapped players to start Friday's 2018 Women's Six Nations opener with Scotland.

    Captain Cary Phillips leads the side whilst lock Natalia John, flanker Beth Lewis, scrum-half Jade Knight and wing Hannah Bluck will make debuts. Two more new names - Teleri Davies and Lisa Neumann - are on the bench.

    Scotland women: Scotland women will field all their four full-time professionals in Friday's opening match of their Six Nations campaign against Wales.

    Back-rower Jade Konkel starts at prop, whilst Captain Lisa Martin returns to inside centre, after featuring at scrum-half in Scotland's last match. She partners Lisa Thomson in midfield, and Thomson's Lille Metropole team-mate Chloe Rollie starts at full-back.

    Hannah Smith, meanwhile, has switched from centre to flanker, while four players could make their debuts as replacements including Prop Siobhan McMillan, Jodie Rettie, Siobhan Cattigan and Mags Lowish.

    Wales U20s v Scotland U20s (20:15 GMT)

    Wales U20S: Tommy Reffell captains Wales Under-20 as they begin their Six Nations campaign against Scotland in Colwyn Bay. The Leicester flanker is one of eight players in coach Jason Strange's starting XV making their debuts at this level after stepping up from the U18s.

    Cai Evans, son of former Wales captain Ieuan, makes his U20 bow at full-back after playing at fly-half in the younger age-group.

    Scotland U20s: Glasgow Warriors hooker Robbie Smith is named as captain with Edinburgh Rugby’s Callum McLelland and livewire scrum-half Kaleem Barreto forming an all action half-back partnership.

    In the centre, Stafford McDowell – one of two players in the starting XV to feature in last summer’s World Rugby U20 Championship – is joined by Strathallan School product Mark New.
