  1. Azinger expects winner from leading four

    Iain Carter

BBC Sport golf correspondent at Sawgrass

It was interesting listening to Paul Azinger on NBC. Surveying the leading group of Jon Rahm (-15), Tommy Fleetwood, Rory McIlroy (-14) and Jason Day (-12), he said: "Those four guys at the top are the ones to beat. I just don’t see any of the top four guys faltering. Rory McIlroy is just too good. If he drives it in the fairway, he’s going to be hard to beat. Rahm has never felt anything like this. It will be a real experience for him.”

  2. Final pairings heading out soon

The leaders will be going out shortly:

    Tee times

17:15 GMT- Abraham Ancer (Mex), Ollie Schneiderjans (US)

17:25 - Rory McIlroy (NI), Jason Day (Aus)

17:35 - Tommy Fleetwood (Eng), Jon Rahm (Esp)

Aside from those pairings, there'll also be plenty of updates from elsewhere on the course, with in-play clips to look forward as well.

  3. How things stand

We've some big names at the top of the leaderboard, with Spain's Jon Rahm in front and Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood just a shot back.

All set up for a compelling evening...

    -15 Jon Rahm (Spa)

-14 Tommy Fleetwood (Eng), Rory McIlroy (NI)

    -12 Jason Day (Aus)

    -11 Abraham Ancer (Mex)

-10 Jim Furyk (US), Dustin Johnson (US), Keegan Bradley (US), Ollie Schniederjans (US), Brandt Snedeker (US), Brian Harman (US), Jhonattan Vegas (Ven)

  4. The unofficial fifth major

As I alluded to a moment ago, the Players Championship is pretty special.

I know it's not really a major despite being regarded as the unofficial 'fifth major' but the world's best rock up every year at Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida for this one.

And of course then there's the prize money with a whopping $2,250,000 (around £1.69m) for the winner coming out of an overall purse of $12,500,000 (around £9.5m).

  5. Good evening

    Good evening.

Welcome to our final round coverage of golf's unofficial 'fifth major' - the Players Championship at Sawgrass.

Tommy Fleetwood and Rory McIlroy head the British challenge, tied in second, a shot behind the overnight leader, Spain's Jon Rahm.

I can't wait to see how this one is going to play out.
