FT: Stoke 1-2 Watford
Troy Deeney signs his interview off with a hello to his nan, presumably watching at home, as he collects his man of the match award.
He's always good value.
'All that matters now is wins'
FT: Stoke 1-2 Watford
"We just wanted to put a shift in," Watford captain Troy Deeney told Sky Sports.
"First half we were poor, we knew that, but we addressed that at half-time and I think you saw a different performance. One of high energy and togetherness and that's what's going to get us through the league.
"We're trying to take teams on. We're still working and learning but all that matters now is the wins."

Fancy some reaction from the Watford camp? Some words from captain Troy Deeney coming up next...

FT: Stoke 1-2 Watford
I describe it as a "rare" away win for Watford - it is, in fact, only their third victory on their travels in the Championship this season.
For Stoke, goals clearly remain a problem. There was plenty of good play from the Potters tonight but they've now scored just five in their past eight games in all competitions at Bet365 Stadium.
How it stands at the top
FT: Stoke 1-2 Watford
And here's confirmation of how the Championship table looks this evening.
Watford are now level on points with second-placed Swansea City, though they remain seven off pace-setters Norwich City.
FULL-TIME
Stoke 1-2 Watford
They were given a late scare but Watford hold on to record a rare away win and move up to third in the Championship table.

Stoke 1-2 Watford
It's wave after Stoke City wave at the moment, but Watford are so far holding firm.
And that could be that! Harry Souttar manages to get a header towards goal at the far post but it drifts wide and that should be that.

Stoke 1-2 Watford
Steven Fletcher rolling back the years! Or at least... trying to.
The former Scotland forward attempts a spectacular overhead kick as the ball drops from the sky, but skews it well wide.
It would've been some leveller if he'd contacted properly.
Post update
Stoke 1-2 Watford
Nick Powell has got to be doing better here.
A low cross comes in from the right but Powell, about 16 yards from goal, can only smash his attempt miles off target.
That was a far better chance than he made it look.

And we're going to have six additional minutes!
SUBSTITUTION
Stoke 1-2 Watford
A double change for Watford, who attempt to waste away a few more precious moments.
Tom Cleverley and Joao Pedro are off for Ben Wilmot and Andre Gray.

Stoke 1-2 Watford
But it's well defended again by Watford, who counter-attack through Ismaila Sarr.
After flirting with the idea of cutting inside and going for goal, Sarr heads for the corner and recycles possession. Sensible play.

Here comes another Stoke attack, though, and now another corner too...

Stoke 1-2 Watford
But the set-piece is easily clearer and, when the hosts get the ball back and try to launch it back into the area, Sam Vokes is offside.
Post update
Stoke 1-2 Watford
Adam Masina is forced to head a dangerous Stoke cross behind for a corner. The Potters are giving this a proper go.
GOAL: Stoke 1-2 Watford
Steven Fletcher
Game on?!
Veteran forward Steven Fletcher, on as a 71st-minute substitute, guides home from close range to halve the deficit and set up a grandstand finish for Stoke.
On the overall balance of play across the whole game I'd say the Potters deserve it... now can they go on and get an equaliser?
SUBSTITUTION
Stoke 0-2 Watford
Stoke City need a goal so they've brought on Wales forward Sam Vokes, who replaces Jack Clarke.
Post update
Stoke 0-2 Watford
We're into the final 10 minutes and the game, you have to say, is slowly drifting away from Stoke City.
The Potters had been the better team for the first hour or so but those two Watford goals in the space of four minutes have completely changed the complexion of the contest.
SUBSTITUTION
Stoke 0-2 Watford
Another change, this time for Stoke, as Rabbi Matondo replaces Rhys Norrington-Davies.
