  4. 'We've got some work to do'

    England U21 5-0 Albania U21

England U21 manager Aidy Boothroyd on BT Sport: "I thought they were excellent. I'm delighted with our wide players and Jamal Musiala was excellent. He's young but his brain is razor sharp.

"Our strikers win us games but defending wins you championships so we've got some work to do.

"Three-quarters of the squad is in my mind but there's always a few who get injured and a few who come through late."

  5. Post update

So that emphatic victory means that Spain join France in the four-team final tournament.

That competition is due to take place next October.

They will be joined by either Belgium or Denmark from Group A2 and Italy, Netherlands or Poland from Group A1.

  6. Nightmare for Croatia

    Croatia 2-3 Portugal

It's a second goal for Ruben Dias as keeper Dominik Livakovic fumbles the ball and gifts the Manchester City man the goal.

In the 90th minute as well.

Unlucky for Croatia, excellent result for Portugal.

    Game over.

    An absolute battering for Germany!

The fourth official has indicated that we'll play an additional two minutes.

  10. GOAL - Spain 6-0 Germany

    Mikel Oyarzabal

    Far too easy for Spain.

  11. Post update

    Spain 5-0 Germany

    It's all Spain still.

Villarreal forward Gerard Moreno twists and turns on the edge of the area but sees his effort deflected behind for a corner.

There's been no letting up from Luis Enrique's side.

  12. 'Make sure you get a goal'

    England U21 5-0 Albania U21

    Jamal Musiala

England forward Callum Hudson-Odoi on BT Sport: "As soon as I got the ball I felt I could get at them and cause problems. We controlled the game.

"The keeper helped me a bit but I'll take them any way they come. I told Jamal Musiala before the game make sure you get a goal and he did.

    "He's a great player."

  13. Post update

    Spain 5-0 Germany

Ferran Torres hasn't been the only Manchester City player who has been superb tonight - Rodri has been too.

  14. Post update

    Spain 5-0 Germany

    Spain 5-0 Germany

Unai Simon was rooted to the spot in the Germany goal.

    England U21 5-0 Albania U21

That was as easy as it looks. England remain unbeaten in qualifiers at this level for nine years...

    Ferran Torres

What a finish! And what a talent Manchester City have on their hands!

    Wow, wow, wow!

    Ferran Torres celebrates
