    Until then, goodbye.

  5. Reading & Luton lead the way

FT: Reading 2-0 Barnsley, Luton 2-1 Derby

It's stupidly early in the season to be doing this, but just for Reading and Luton fans, here's the top of the Championship table...

    Championship top

    Brentford 3-0 Huddersfield

The Bees record a first-ever league win at the Brentford Community Stadium.

Second half goals from Josh Dasilva, Marcus Forss and Bryan Mbeumo gave Thomas Frank's side victory.

  7. GOAL: Brentford 3-0 Huddersfield

    Bryan Mbeumo (90+1 mins)

A late flourish from the Bees and Bryan Mbeumo puts the seal on the victory.

The Frenchman gets the ball in the box, stands up his man and then unleashes a left-footed rocket across goal and into the top right-hand corner.

    Norwich 2-2 Preston

A late Przemyslaw Placheta earns Norwich a point in front of 1,000 people at Carrow Road.

The Canaries nearly took all three points right at the end but Declan Rudd denied Teemu Pukki with a fine save.

    Luton 2-1 Derby

Two wins from two for Luton and two defeats from two for Derby.

Jordan Clark's header gives the Hatters the three points.

    Sheffield Wednesday 0-0 Watford

Sheffield Wednesday edged the first-half and Watford came back into it in the second but neither were able to break the deadlock.

A point each after both sides won their opening games.

    Rotherham 0-1 Millwall

Jed Wallace's second-half goal gives Millwall their first win of the league season.

    Middlesbrough 1-1 Bournemouth

Middlesbrough battle back to take a point in front of a crowd of about 1,000 at the Riverside.

  13. GOAL: Brenford 2-0 Huddersfield

    Marcus Forss (86 mins)

Brentford have surely made the points safe against Huddersfield.

Substitute Marcus Forss slots home from close range after strong hold-up play in the box by Bryan Mbeumo.

    Swansea 0-0 Bimingham

Honours even at the Liberty Stadium.

Probably a fair result, Swansea were always threatening but Birmingham remained solid and had chances themselves.

    Reading 2-0 Barnsley

It's two wins from two games for Reading.

Goals from Yakou Meite and Michael Olise give them all three points against nine-man Barnsley.

  16. Post update

    Brentford 1-0 Huddersfield

Brentford are looking to double their lead.

Emiliano Marcondes has a shot tipped over by Ben Hamer, and then goalscorer Josh Dasilva drives an effort wide.

There's still about seven minutes plus stoppages left in west London.

    Blackburn 5-0 Wycombe

    Adam Armstrong

An Adam Armstrong hat-trick and goals from Tyrhys Dolan and Derrick Williams inspire Blackburn to victory over a poor Wycombe who had Darius Charles sent off in the second-half.

This was the first ever meeting between Blackburn and Wycombe in any competition and one the Chairboys will want to forget very quickly.

  18. Post update

    Rotherham 0-1 Millwall

Rotherham are pushing for an equaliser, but the visitors are standing firm in the face of pressure from the Millers.

  19. GOAL: Norwich 2-2 Preston

    Przemyslaw Placheta (85 mins)

Great news for the 1,000 fans in Carrow Road today!

Sub Przemyslaw Placheta missed a great chance to level earlier but makes no mistake this time as he fires home a bouncing ball from 15 yards out.

    Norwich goal
  20. League One update

Burton are back ahead against Accrington through John Brayford after Joe Pritchard equalised for Stanley.

Mallik Wilks has given Hull a late lead over Crewe, and the Tigers are on the bring of back-to-back league wins.

And Peterborough have a stoppage-time equaliser against Fleetwood - Jack Taylor the scorer.
