    Hamilton Accies boss Brian Rice tells BBC Sportsound: "We've been down to the bare bones but I felt we needed a wee bit of experience in there today.

    "It's a little bit of a gamble with a couple of them because they haven't played for a month.

    "But, we're playing against Rangers today, and we know how good they can be on their day.

    "So, hopefully they can get through it okay. I just want us to be positive - it's very difficult trying to set up a team against the Old Firm because their attacking play is phenomenal.

    "I've said to the lads: 'let's go out and be organised, and let's try to have a go so that we can go home tonight, whatever the result, and say that we gave it everything and tried our best'."

  5. Debut for Accies keeper Southwood

    Hamilton give a debut to 21-year-old goalkeeper Luke Southwood, with Owain Fon Williams dropping to the bench.

    Brian Eastwood is fit again and returns to captain the side, while right-back Aaron McGowan and striker Marius Ogkmpoe are recalled.

    For Rangers, just one change, with Jermain Defoe taking over from Alfredo Morelos up front.

    He says: "I always want to see my international players do well for their countries. As someone who has played in these tournaments, they give you life experiences.

    Aberdeen defender Andrew Considine makes his 500th club appearance today.

    Eve Muirhead picked up a silver medal at the European Curling Championships yesterday, losing out on the final stone to host nation Sweden.

    The Scotland skip, a St Johnstone fan, will then have turned her attention to the Scottish Premiership scores after taking on Sportscene pundit Steven Thompson in the first of our new predictions series.

    Thommo had a good day with two correct scores on Saturday, so Eve is playing catch up today...

    Of course, she is tipping Saints to beat Aberdeen at McDiarmid Park.
