  1. Post update

    Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

    That's it from me!

Thanks for joining, you can follow all the reaction to tonight's Premier League games here.

    Goodbye.

  2. FULL-TIME

    Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

Game over, and it would seem that's game over for Tottenham's title challenge.

  3. Post update

    Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

It's all threatening to spill over in these final few minutes.

Tottenham are visibly frustrated at their situation and there's not much in the way of football going on...

  4. Post update

    Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

Chelsea fans are enjoying themselves now, certainly whenever the ball approaches Hugo Lloris in the Tottenham goal.

There's no way back for Spurs here and they're set to fall nine points behind league leaders Liverpool.

  5. 'Spurs title hopes have gone'

    Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

    Matthew Etherington

Former West Ham winger on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

That is Tottenham's title hopes gone. They have absolutely no chance of catching the front two.

Kieran Trippier doesn't even look up to see where his goalkeeper is and it is a shambles of a goal to concede.

  6. GOAL - Chelsea 2-0 Tottenham

    Kieran Trippier own goal

    That, is that.

It's an awfully embarrassing mix-up between Kieran Trippier and his goalkeeper Hugo Lloris.

Trippier wants Lloris to come for the ball, he takes too long and Trippier ends up passing the ball into his own net much to the delight of the home crowd.

That looks like goodnight for Tottenham's title bid.

  7. 'Spurs are running out of ideas'

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

    Matthew Etherington

Former West Ham winger on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Tottenham look a little bit desperate in attack and I think they are running out of ideas.

  8. Post update

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

Will 1-0 be enough for Chelsea to maintain their push for a top-four spot?

No team has conceded fewer goals in the final 15 minutes than Chelsea in the league this season...

  9. SUBSTITUTION

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

Ruben Loftus-Cheek comes on for Chelsea in place of Mateo Kovacic.

Two out of two complete without issue.

  10. Post update

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

Fernando Llorente collects the ball in the area but it's a let-off for Chelsea as the Spaniard is penalised for a handball.

Rightly, Spurs are piling on the pressure now but there's so much space in behind for Chelsea any time they win the ball back.

  11. SUBSTITUTION

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

Erik Lamela makes way for Fernando Llorente.

Can he have a say in the final 20 minutes?

  12. Post update

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

It's all Tottenham at the moment, and Chelsea look happy to sit back and spring a counter at any given moment.

It's something for Spurs to be very wary of - but with their title hopes rapidly fading you feel they simply have to go for broke now.

  13. Post update

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

That is an excellent tackle by goalscorer Pedro!

He tracks back and intervenes with a sliding tackle just as Christian Eriksen was preparing to pull the trigger.

It's one of those he has to get absolutely spot on - and boy did he do that!

  14. Chelsea deserve the lead

    Phil McNulty

BBC Sport chief football writer at Stamford Bridge

Spurs ended the first half on top but have failed to build on that momentum and Chelsea deserve their lead. The goal was a tribute to Pedro's persistence but a complete mess for Mauricio Pochettino's side.

  15. Post update

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

That's not a huge surprise as Eden Hazard failed to really get into his stride in this one.

Most likely feeling the effects of the 120 minutes he played on Sunday.

  16. SUBSTITUTION

    Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

Eden Hazard is withdrawn by Maurizio Sarri, with Willian on in his place.

One sub down, no dramas for the Chelsea boss...

  17. GOAL - Chelsea 1-0 Tottenham

    Pedro

Cesar Azpilicueta surges forward and feeds the ball into the path of Pedro.

Pedro is being closely guarded by Toby Alderweireld but he's able to run past the Spurs defender far, far too easily.

He beats Hugo Lloris at his near post, too. Take nothing away from Pedro - but both Spurs men should do better there.

  18. Post update

    Chelsea 0-0 Tottenham

The home side continue to knock the ball about at the start of the half, edging gradually closer towards the Spurs penalty area.

It's a similar pattern to the start of the game, but Tottenham are yet to really appear panicked by anything Chelsea have thrown at them. They've been solid so far...

  19. Post update

    Chelsea 0-0 Tottenham

A bright start again from Chelsea, who immediately pin Tottenham back at the start of this second half.

Pedro attempts to dribble his way through the penalty area but Toby Alderweireld is equal to his trickery.

  20. KICK-OFF

    Chelsea 0-0 Tottenham

    Away we go!
