  1. That's all folks

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Goals from Oriol Romeu and James Ward-Prowse have got the job done for Southampton and they now move above Cardiff into 17th place. Fulham stay 19th but are now 10 points adrift of the side who have beaten them tonight.

That's all from me in this live service. You'll be able to read the match report here.

Alternatively, some of the Premier League games have around 15 minutes left and can be found here.

  2. FULL-TIME

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

That is surely that for Fulham.

  3. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Shane Long does well to wriggle into space near the corner flag and as he runs towards the box he's pulled down. Free-kick to Saints to the left of the area. Turn out the lights, this is over.

  4. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Calum Chambers hits a dipping effort from 30 yards and it's smartly held by Angus Gunn.

  5. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

We have around 90 seconds on the clock and there's a lot of aerial battling going on with not a lot else. Music to the ears of Saints fans.

A Fulham attack breaks down 30 yards out and a ball down the channel will get Shane Long chasing.

  6. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Joe Bryan with a positive run from left-back for Fulham but it kind of sums them up as the effort is there without end product. He tries to play Ryan Babel in but is always stretching and can't get enough on the pass.

  7. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

You'd maybe expect more from Fulham given their plight. In the second half they've had just three touches in the Southampton area. One saw Aleksandar Mitrovic lift over and one saw Ryan Babel hit the bar but they've hardly thrown everything at the home side in a bid to save themselves.

  8. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Shane Long - running as willingly as ever - is in behind but has a tight angle to navigate and he flashes a shot across goal, posing minimal danger.

Southampton will be loving this. In a relegation scrap in which you'd expect to be at war until the final whistle, they are comfortable to say the least. James Ward-Prowse has been excellent and Nathan Redmond is a decent threat too.

  9. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Fulham finally put the ball in the mixer - just their second touch of the ball in the Southampton half - and Ryan Babel shoots left footed onto the bar via a deflection.

That would have given them something to chase but in truth, you can't say they deserve much from this limp second-half showing.

  10. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

A succession of corner for Southampton kind of paints the picture for you. Fulham are going nowhere fast...

  11. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Fulham's fans are getting a bit angry and there's a banner being held up now which carries words directed at Tony Khan, the club's vice chairman.

  12. SUBSTITUTION

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Tom Cairney off for Luciano Vietto and that has not gone down well with away fans for some reason. In fairness to Cairney, he has given it his all.

Ryan Sessegnon is also coming on.

  13. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Southampton have some space now as they come forward but Nathan Redmond tries a bit too much in the box and gets robbed. Back they come though, Fulham clinging on a bit. Shane Long goes direct into the area and hits left footed... blocked. It'll come back again though and this looks grim for Fulham...

  14. SUBSTITUTION

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Charlie Austin applauds the crowd as he walks off and Shane Long is on.

  15. YELLOW CARD

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Pierre-Emile Højbjerg wins the ball in his own half and takes off with it. Southampton have four versus three but Højbjerg tries a bit much and he's hacked down before he can play someone in.

A booking is handed to Kevin McDonald for the foul and this dead ball is dangerous just 20 yards out...

A big wall is lined up and Ryan Bertrand goes over it.... just over.

  16. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

In fairness to Fulham they are giving it their best but there's just not a lot of quality to work them up the pitch. Plenty of long balls into Aleksandar Mitrovic but if they don't stick to him, not a lot else is happening.

They've shaded possession and have completed 81% of their passes compared to 75% from their hosts.

Come on Claudio, throw the kitchen sink at it. Get a few forwards on...

  17. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

My man André-Frank Zambo Anguissa (who has a name I love typing) hits one from range and it's moving but Angus Gunn palms it down and grabs hold of it.

  18. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Tom Cairney shows Fulham more of what they need as he battles like a bull with James Ward-Prowse and then tussles with Oriol Romeu. He wins both exchanges but all his work is wasted when a corner from Joe Bryan goes straight out.

  19. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Nathan Redmons looks dangerous now. He's picking up space in the final third and his ball to pick out the diagonal run of Charlie Austin is a touch heavy.

  20. Post update

    Southampton 2-0 Fulham

Southampton not sitting on their lead and they come out looking for more. James Ward-Prowse on the end of a flowing attack but his shot is blocked for a corner.

Nathan Redmond gets the ball from the short corner and wants to create space to hit. He does but on his left peg the ball goes high and over.
