    It might not have been a classic match by any stretch of the imagination, but Millwall fans won't complain about how they secured all three points at Derby.

    That's it for tonight, but we'll be back with more Championship action on Saturday - and what a Saturday we're in for.

    In the pick of the 15:00 GMT games, leaders Norwich City host play-off hopefuls Bristol City, while Aston Villa visit Stoke City.

    The best, however, is probably being saved until last when West Bromwich Albion face Sheffield United in the 17:30 GMT kick-off.

    Jed Wallace hit the winner as Millwall beat Derby 1-0 to move five points clear of the Championship relegation zone.

    A big result for the Lions from south-east London.

    They put some breathing space in between themselves and the bottom three with a rare away victory.

    Millwall are next in action at home to Preston, who are 11th, on Saturday.

    Here's how this result leaves the play-off picture.

    It is a big chance missed for Derby County, who could find themselves five points off the play-offs by the next time they are in action.

    The Rams travel to Nottingham Forest on Monday, with their east Midlands rivals also looking to revive their push for the top six.

    What an away performance that was by Millwall.

    They sat deep, defended solidly and denied Derby any openings. The Rams only had one effort on target, which came in the 92nd minute.

    The Lions only had one shot on target, and have Jed Wallace to thank for just their second away win in the Championship this season.

    That moves them up a place to 19th in the table, five points clear of the relegation zone.

    The big centre-back takes his time getting to his feet and the Lions are almost home and hosed.

    He keeps out a flicked header from Rams defender Fikayo Tomori which came at him low.
