  1. See you soon

Right then, that is all from me for now.

But there is plenty to look forward to later.

We'll have live text updates from three matches around Europe:

AC Milan v Juventus (19:30 GMT)

Celta Vigo v Real Madrid (19:45 GMT)

    Monaco v PSG (20:00 GMT).

PLUS we'll also have a separate live text commentary page for the Copa Libertadores final first leg between Boca Juniors and River Plate - that is a 19:00 GMT kick-off.

  2. Post update

    FT: Barcelona 3-4 Betis

What a wonderful match. Betis celebrate and linger on the pitch, soaking it all in.

They have not won at Camp Nou for 20 years.

Barca applaud their home fans who should know they were beaten by a very impressive team performance.

Marc-Andre ter Stegen's mistake was a big factor perhaps but nothing should be taken away from this Betis display.

  3. FULL-TIME

    Barcelona 3-4 Betis

That is it! The final whistle. Betis celebrate a handsome victory.

  4. Post update

    Barcelona 3-4 Betis

We are beyond the allocated time added on here because of the delay over the goal.

Still we play. Barcelona launch it.

  5. GOAL - Barcelona 3-4 Betis

    Lionel Messi

    OK, surely not?

Lionel Messi walks one in. The video assistant referee looked at it after the linesman flagged it for offside, which it was not. It was another sumptuous goal in this feast of delightful sport please no-one ever end.

  6. Post update

    Barcelona 2-4 Betis

FOUR minutes added on. I'd like forty please. This has been a wonderful match to watch.

  7. Post update

    Barcelona 2-4 Betis

Sergio Canales with possession deep in Barca territory. There is no rush, he plays it back. Keep-ball with the clock ticking down.

  8. CLOSE!

    Barcelona 2-4 Betis

Lionel Messi comes up with a corner in tight spot in the box, with four defenders around him.

    It's taken short.

Luis Suarez gets the ball across goal and Gerard Pique launches himself towards it, heading wildly over as he takes it straight off Arturo Vidal's head. The Chilean was certain to score.

  9. Post update

    Barcelona 2-4 Betis

Sergio Leon booms a header clear from the corner.

Time is dripping away for Barcelona.

  10. Post update

    Bacelone 2-4 Betis

Luis Suarez down the right, threatening always. He smashes an effort towards goal that is deflected behind for a corner.

Takashi Inui is coming on for Betis, replacing Giovani lo Celso, who has been superb.

  11. CHANCE!

    Barcelona 2-4 Betis

Betis want more! Junior Firpo almost springs Sergio Canales free once more but Marc-Andre ter Stegen comes out to gather.

  12. GOAL - Barcelona 2-4 Betis

    Sergio Canales

This is an insane football match. Sergio Canales slides in to finish from a Junior Firpo cut-back just moments after Firpo was denied by a sprawling Marc-Andre ter Stegen save.

Barcelona cut open and undone once more by an adventurous Betis team who are hitting all the high notes here.

Dare I ask: Is that the three points sealed?

  13. RED CARD

    Barcelona 2-3 Betis

Ivan Rakitic is off. His late slide on Giovani lo Celso earns him a second yellow card.

  14. GOAL - Barcelona 2-3 Betis

    Arturo Vidal

It's all about Lionel Messi's pinpoint pass to pick out Munir as the youngster darts free of the Betis backline.

Arturo Vidal is along with him, and Munir hands off for a simple finish as he takes out the keeper with a pass across goal.

The video assistant referee takes another look to check for offside - but the goal stands.

  15. Post update

    Barcelona 1-3 Betis

Sergio Leon takes his time in the box, a cool head means Betis keep possession and go back to the halfway line and across, evading the scampering Barca marker each time before almost unleashing a man beyond the home side's back line with close-to-killer pass.

Barcelona do not look like a team about to score three goals in 12 minutes.

  16. SUBSTITUTION

    Barcelona 1-3 Betis

Barcelona see it clear and here's a change from Betis.

Loren Moron is coming off, fellow striker Sergio Leon is the man to replace him. No sign of a let-up from Betis. Quieren cuatro.

  17. YELLOW CARD

    Barcelona 1-3 Betis

Arturo Vidal with a poor sliding challenge and it's a yellow card plus a free-kick in a dangerous spot for Real Betis.

Sergio Canales smashes into the wall. Corner ball.

  18. GOAL - Barcelona 1-3 Betis

    Giovani lo Celso

Ah! It's a terrible, terrible mistake from Marc-Andre ter Stegen. It should be a routine save for a usually impeccable goalkeeper - but he lets Giovani lo Celso's speculative shot slip through his gloves and dribble over his goal-line.

Disaster for Barcelona just as they will have been looking to spark the comeback.

    Surely there's no return now?

  19. YELLOW CARD

    Barcelona 1-2 Betis

Aissa Mandi goes in the book for a very poor challenge on Jordi Alba.

Carles Alena comes on for Sergio Busquets for Barcelona.

Betis are bracing themselves for the onslaught.

  20. GOAL - Barcelona 1-2 Betis

    Lionel Messi (pen)

It's a great penalty. Right in the top corner from Lionel Messi on his return to the side.

Just really poor from Cristian Tello though. Why put your hands on him like that? Definitely a penalty but in a match where Betis have fought so hard, and been so disciplined, they now face a very tough last 20 minutes.
