  1. Things are looking up

    FT: QPR 0-1 Norwich

That completes our EFL coverage, on a day where leaders Leeds lost to winless Birmingham and pressure mounted on Steve Bruce and Gary Rowett after home defeats for Aston Villa and Stoke.

No such misery for Norwich, with Teemu Pukki and Max Aarons looking up as the Canaries continue to climb the table.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.

  2. Post update

    FT: QPR 0-1 Norwich

That victory lifts Norwich up to 11th - two points from the play-offs and amazingly only four points off leaders Leeds.

I know it's still early but only five points separate top and 14th in the Championship table.

QPR stay 16th, four points above the drop-zone.

  3. 'I want to repay the manager's faith'

    FT: QPR 0-1 Norwich

Quote Message: We set out at the start of the week to get three wins and that's what we've done. The manager showed faith in me from last season and I just want to repay him for that. from Jamal Lewis Norwich full-back told Sky Sports

  4. 'The goal was a bit lucky'

    FT: QPR 0-1 Norwich

Quote Message: I put my chest out and it went in - it was a bit lucky but I'll take it. It's been easier to adapt to the league than I thought - I thought maybe I'd struggle a bit because of the physical side. from Teemu Pukki Norwich matchwinner told Sky Sports

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

    Teemu Pukki celebrates his goal

That's it - Norwich have three successive Championship wins for the first time since February 2017 thanks to Teemu Pukki's goal.

The Canaries had gone eight months without an away win but now have two in the space of a week.

QPR's resurgence is halted and they can't have too many complaints about the result.

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Norwich almost double their lead - Todd Cantwell plays in sub Jordan Rhodes, but his shot is beaten away by Joe Lumley.

QPR then rush down the other end and have a throw-in deep in their opponents' half.

  7. Post update

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Tomer Hemed thrashes an effort over the bar and that might just about be it for QPR.

Tim Krul is taking his time over the goal kick and we have a minute left.

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Teemu Pukki comes off to a standing ovation from the travelling Norwich fans - has his chested finish won them the match?

Jordan Rhodes comes on in his place.

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Four minutes added on at Loftus Road.

QPR are playing more direct to Matt Smith but Norwich have them at arm's length for now.

  10. Post update

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Norwich counter at pace and have men over but Marco Stiepermann's pass goes between two team-mates.

Daniel Farke has brought Tom Trybull on for Moritz Leitner to see out the closing stages.

  11. Post update

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

It's a pretty poor near-post corner from Luke Freeman but it causes a mini goalmouth scramble and Norwich have to hack clear.

The Canaries are normally easy on the eye but they're having to scrap out this result now.

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Final throw of the dice for QPR - centre-back and captain Toni Leistner off for towering striker Matt Smith.

Steve McClaren's side have a corner.

  13. CLOSE!

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Norwich almost wrap the game up - Timm Klose getting across his marker to glance over.

The header came off QPR's Jake Bidwell, so the visitors have a corner - which is cleared.

  14. CLOSE!

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

    QPR turning up the heat.

Tomer Hemed holds up the ball on the edge of the box and plays it back to Eberechi Eze, who shoots narrowly wide from around 20 yards.

The hosts have some momentum now.

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Luke Freeman gets away from the Norwich midfield and smacks one with the laces of his boot from 25 yards to force a flying save from Tim Krul.

It's the closest QPR have come to a goal.

From the resulting corner Netherlands keeper Krul is fouled and has remained down injured.

  16. Hurst: We lacked quality

    FT: Ipswich 0-0 Bolton

    Paul Hurst Ipswich Town

It was another frustrating afternoon for Paul Hurst's Ipswich, who are now the only side in the Championship without a win after failing to score past a Bolton side that were down to ten men for the majority of the game following Marc Wilson's sending off in the 34th minute.

"It's a very quiet dressing room - understandably, to a degree," Hurst told BBC Radio Suffolk.

"We felt we had a great opportunity going into the game anyway, and then, with ten men, we had a man advantage and we couldn't take or make use of that, and didn't force the keeper into action.

"We got in some nice areas, but then had either the wrong decision or bad execution. The biggest word we've used, along with frustration, is quality, and we didn't have that quality today to create that one opportunity that I think we were looking for."

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

A double change for QPR with less than 15 minutes of normal time to go.

Alex Baptiste replaced by Jordan Cousins, while Bright Osayi-Samuel is on for Josh Scowen.

Two attacking players on for Steve McClaren, who is changing his side's formation.

  18. Post update

    QPR 0-1 Norwich

Not too much of a response from QPR yet, but at the other end Jamal Lewis runs at Alex Baptiste and wins Norwich a corner.

The first of the game, in fact.

  19. GOAL: QPR 0-1 Norwich

    Teemu Pukki

    Teemu Pukki scores for Norwich

A lovely chested finish from Finland striker Teemu Pukki breaks the deadlock for Norwich.

Marco Stiepermann's cross deflects into his path and it's a fifth goal in five games for club and country.

In three of the previous four games, the goal Pukki scored gave his side a 1-0 win.
