  1. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Matthias Vilhjalmsson replaces Anders Trondsen in Rosenborg's latest change.

  2. No let up from the Rosenborg faithful

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Alasdair Lamont

    BBC Scotland in Trondheim

Still the Rosenborg ultras’ chants go on regardless of their team’s inability to reduce the deficit. Their spirit has not been dampened. Celtic, though, are edging closer to the third qualifying round as the minutes tick down.

  3. 'Big decision'

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Pat Bonner

Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

That is an interesting change. Rodgers has taken off one of the big guys to get Ryan Christie on and it's a big decision.

  4. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Another change for Celtic with Ryan Christie taking over from Odsonne Edouard.

  5. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Rosenborg's play becoming more laboured. Celtic have certainly got closer to their hosts' attacking players in this second half.

Michael: Far from me to argue with Pat Bonner, but not sure the criticism of this performance is warranted. Celtic doing everything right so far and managing the game well.

  7. CLOSE!

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Now Celtic threaten with Scott Sinclair connecting with a bouncing cross from the right and just firing wide.

  8. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Jonathan Levi, who replaced Pal Andre Helland minutes ago, tests Celtic goalkeeper Craig Gordon after cutting in from the right to shoot.

  9. Celtic frustrating Rosenborg

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Pat Bonner

Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Celtic are able to move the ball across the back a little better in this half and that is allowing them to string passes together and frustrate Rosenborg.

  10. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Celtic withdraw James Forrest and send on Tom Rogic.

  11. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

As things stand Celtic are half an hour away from the next round.

  12. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Olivier Ntcham's low shot is held by Rosenborg goalkeeper Andre Hansen.

  13. 'Everything right bar the finish'

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Pat Bonner

Former Celtic goalkeeper on BBC Sportsound

Odsonne Edouard did everything right bar the finish. It was great play by Callum McGregor to put him in, but his finish was wanting. At least they have shown some intent at the start of the second-half.

  14. Post update

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

A speculative shot from Birger Meling bends high and wide of the Celtic goal.

  15. CLOSE!

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Celtic's first real opening of the evening and it's all about Odsonne Edouard, who weaves his way in from the left, getting past three or four men before curling a shot wide.

Paul: Strange picking on Gamboa. Sinclair and Hendry are in the firing line way in front of him.

  17. KICK-OFF

    Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

Rosenborg get the second half under way.

  18. Celtic second best but still with upper hand

    Half-time: Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Alasdair Lamont

    BBC Scotland in Trondheim

That wasn’t the most comfortable of halves for Celtic. But it’s job done so far. They haven’t looked a threat themselves but Rosenborg have lacked the quality required to really make inroads into Celtic’s lead in the tie. An interesting 45 minutes to follow.

  19. 'No reason to panic'

    Half-time: Rosenborg 0-0 Celtic (agg 1-3)

    Scott McDonald

Former Celtic striker on BBC Sportsound

Rosenborg's full-backs are playing high and you expected them to have a go. Celtic have to restrict them better in the next half, but all in all, I don't think there is any reason to panic. Rosenborg lacked goals in their league campaign as well which reads well for the visitors.

Mikeybhoy: Two starts in a row in competitive matches for Gamboa tells you Celtic need defensive options

Michael: Celtic will be quite content so far but would like a bit more possession. Rodgers will be thinking the hosts will have to come out soon and then Celtic can hit on the break. Half time will be a a checkpoint for them. All about game management
