  1. Signing off

Well, it's as you were at the top of the table as leaders Crusaders trounced struggling Carrick Rangers at Seaview and Coleraine ran out comfortable victors over Glentoran at the Oval.

Plenty of drama and action at the Showgrounds in Ballymena's 2-2 draw with Linfield, while a rare Dungannon goal proved enough to defeat Ards at Stangmore.

Keep an eye on the BBC Sport NI website to watch all the goals and crucial moments from today's games and thanks for joining us for our live text commentary.

  2. What they said

    Ballymena Utd 2-2 Linfield

Quote Message: We had our eyes on the three points. To the players' credit we showed a wee bit of fight and a wee bit of courage in difficult circumstances. When you are down to 10 men for the length of time we were it becomes difficult but the players stuck at it. Sometimes circumstances outside of my control and the players' control sometimes determine the opposition getting back into the game. Ballymena had a right go, as we knew they would, and sometimes you have to walk away with a point. from David Healy Linfield manager

  5. What they said

    Crusaders 6-0 Carrick Rangers

Quote Message: We knew we were coming up against a top-class team, one of the top teams in the league. When you come here you have to compete and be on the ball all day and we've come here and we've been a mile off it, to be honest. We did come with a plan to attack them and have a go but when players don't do the jobs they are detailed to and we give them as much room as we do, probably any team would have looked really good against us. from Michael Press Carrick Rangers assistant manager

  6. What they said

    Glentoran 0-2 Coleraine

Quote Message: To come away with a 2-0 defeat is bitterly disappointing because in the second half especially we rallied, kept ourselves in the fight, created chances but just didn't ask enough of the goalkeeper. Conditions were tough because it was very breezy and it was a bit of a scrappy game. We are disappointed because the boys didn't quit and they kept working hard. from Gary Haveron Glentoran manager

  7. What they said

    Glentoran 0-2 Coleraine

Quote Message: It was a great start and a well worked goal. People make a lot of Glentoran and where they are at at this moment in time but I always say the league table doesn't lie and when you look at their 'goals for' yes, they haven't scored as many goals as they would want but their right up their with the best defences in the league. We knew coming here today that it was going to be a war of attrition. [On the penalty-taking disagreement] I've apologised to the players in there because it's absolutely my fault for not sharing my thoughts on it. That [reaction] is what makes Darren McAuley the player that he is, he wears his heart on his sleeve and is brilliant when he's angry. from Oran Kearney Coleraine manager

  8. What they said

    Crusaders 6-0 Carrick Rangers

Quote Message: We got a foothold in this game when we were a couple of goals up in 10 or 15 minutes and we started to run riot a little bit. When you have quality players who can get about the pitch and know what they are doing and they are all gelling together, it's a joy to watch at times. But it's hard being on the other end of that and I feel for David (McAlinden) a little bit. I had a wee quick word with him at the end and I hope he is OK. from Stephen Baxter Crusaders manager

  9. What they said

    Dungannon Swifts 1-0 Ards

Quote Message: I don't think we played as well as we have done during this run we've been on. For large parts we just didn't turn up and I was very very disappointed in the defeat because it was a real chance for us to move up the table and i'm really gutted tonight. I just didn't think we were as sharp or as on our game as we have been. from Colin Nixon Ards manager

  10. What they said

    Ballymena Utd 2-2 Linfield

Quote Message: I thought it was a cracking game of football, considering the conditions - we had a gale-like gusting all over the place. It was a good spectacle and we could and should have got the three points. During the week (County Antrim Shield final) we know we didn't do ourselves justice but today we did so. The players are very, very down - none more so than Kevin Braniff but I've told him to forget about it - anyone can miss a penalty. from David Jeffrey Ballymena United manager

  11. What they said

    Dungannon Swifts 1-0 Ards

Quote Message: We haven't had that little bit of luck that you need over the past while and haven't got the points that some of our performances have deserved. Today it looked like it was going to be another one of those days but we persevered, kept going and thankfully Paul's effort on the turn has given us, in my opinion, a very well deserved three points. from Rodney McAree Dungannon Swifts manager

  13. RESULT

    Ballymena Utd 2-2 Linfield

Referee Steven Gregg brings a pulsating encounter to a close at the Showgrounds.

Ballymena will be left to rue Kevin Braniff's penalty miss while Linfield, after the sending off of Mark Haughey, might well leave the Warden Street venue the happier of the two sides.

  14. FULL-TIME

    Glentoran 0-2 Coleraine

A goal after 25 seconds from Eoin Bradley and Ciaron Harkin's late penalty are enough to give Coleraine all three points. The Bannsiders dealt with the difficult conditions better than their opponents and remain just one point behind Crusaders.

Glentoran didn't create much and their poor home form continues.

    Coleraine Glentoran
  15. RESULT

    Crusaders 6-0 Carrick Rangers

If ever a result went according to the formbook it was this one as Crusaders stretch their unbeaten run in all competitions to 23 games.

Conversely, Carrick's run of games without a win now extends to 16 matches.

    Crusaders Carrick Rangers
  16. HITS THE WOODWORK

    Crusaders 6-0 Carrick Rangers

Crusaders come so close to matching their seven goal haul from their previous win over Carrick as Gavin Whyte races clear and lifts the ball over Doherty but it comes off the post and is cleared before the ball can run over the goal-line.

  17. FULL-TIME

    Dungannon Swifts 1-0 Ards

The Swifts register their first league win since Boxing Day and open up a four point gap between themselves and Ards.

Paul McElroy's goal just after half time proved to be the difference, but Stuart Addis' save from Guillaume Keke's penalty was equally as significant.

  19. GOAL

    Glentoran 0-2 Coleraine

Ciaron Harkin eventually takes the spot kick and finishes handsomely into the top corner.

There was some debate as to who would take the penalty. Darren McCauley was not happy that he was denied the chance to add another goal to his tally for the season.
