  1. FULL-TIME

    Manchester City 3-1 Hull

It's been comfortable for Manchester City this afternoon, but I'm sure Pep Guardiola would have liked to have seen his side keep a clean sheet.

A win's a win. And it brings to an end a four-game run without one.

    Marco Silva looks dejected
  2. Post update

    Manchester City 3-1 Hull

Chances of a Hull City comeback?

I reckon I've got more chance of backing the winner at the Grand National.

That goal came from nothing really. Poor defending from City, they just switched off.

  3. Post update

    Manchester City 3-1 Hull

    Martin Keown

Former Arsenal defender on BBC Radio 5 live

The alarming thing for Man City is that's the first attack Hull have had this second half.

Maloney makes the run, there's no one near him, he pulls it back and the goalkeeper is awful there. Ranocchia had no right to score that. No one is prepared to defend for City.

  4. GOAL - Ranocchia pulls one back

    Manchester City 3-1 Hull

Well, Claudio Bravo has had his critics this season and they're not going to get any kinder after that.

Manchester City clear the first corner, but City get a second bite at it and it falls to Andrea Ranocchia.

The defenders pokes a weak effort goalwards and somehow it trickles beyond Bravo,..

  6. Post update

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Fabian Delph has got his eye in.

He tries his luck with another long range effort that forces Eldin Jakupovic to save low down.

Sergio Aguero then gets a chance from the corner as it bobbles around the box. He scuffs wide.

  7. Post update

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Manchester City haven't looked like adding to their lead since Fabian Delph lashed in a third.

Then again, they don't really need to. Pep Guardiola's side are comfortable and the visitors are offering little threat in return.

Sergio Aguero does work a half chance for himself, but skews it well wide.

  8. Post update

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Is Fabian Delph playing his way back into England contention?

    Maybe...

That goal was a peach, but as our man Simon Stone just said, they're few and far between.

  9. Delph the sharpshooter

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

    Simon Stone

BBC Sport at the Etihad Stadium

It is a rare day indeed when Fabian Delph scores.

The midfielder made his debut for Leeds as a 17-year-old in May 2007.

He has now scored 12 league goals, at an average of just over one every calendar year.

His best return was five in 2008. That was his first in 2017.

  10. SUBSTITUTION

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Pep Guardiola's ringing the changes now.

    Yaya Toure off, Fernando on.

And that's his 100th game for Manchester City.

A match of many landmarks for the hosts.

    Yaya Toure
  11. SUBSTITUTION

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Massive standing ovation for David Silva as he comes off on his 300th appearance for Manchester City.

He deserves it. He's pulled the strings again today.

Kelechi Iheanacho comes off the bench.

  12. Post update

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

Manchester City are in cruise control now.

They're popping the ball around as Sergio Aguero and Raheem Sterling combine to almost set up the Argentine.

He can't quite gather the pass, and Eldin Jakupovic is a very happy man to pick that one up.

  13. SUBSTITUTION

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

    A change for City.

Leroy Sane has put a decent shift in, and he's replaced by Nolito.

  14. GOAL - Delph makes it three

    Manchester City 3-0 Hull

What a cracker from Fabian Delph!

David Silva starts a move on the edge of the hosts' box by twisting and turning his way out of trouble, before City swarm downfield.

Raheem Sterling cuts it across for Delph on the edge of the box, and he has time to lash one into the bottom corner with his left foot.

  16. Post update

    Manchester City 2-0 Hull

John Stones, casual as you like, playing out from his own area.

He's had the better of Oumar Niasse this afternoon, both with and without the ball.

    Tidy feet from the youngster.

  17. Pep the perfectionist

    Manchester City 2-0 Hull

    Simon Stone

BBC Sport at the Etihad Stadium

After a goal like Sergio Aguero just scored, which was a flowing move from defence to attack before Raheem Sterling slalomed his way through the Hull rearguard to set up the finish, you would think Pep Guardiola would be satisfied.

Anything but as it turns out.

Guardiola was yelling at John Stones for some reason just then.

The City boss did not seem bothered in the slightest the ball was with Stones' central defensive colleague Aleksandar Kolarov.

    Pep Guardiola
  18. SUBSTITUTION

    Manchester City 2-0 Hull

Right, Hull are going to make a change. A double one at that.

It's all or nothing for Marco Silva's side...

Sam Clucas and Evandro go off, Abel Hernandez and Markus Henriksen come on.

  19. Post update

    Manchester City 2-0 Hull

Hull have looked a different entity since Marco Silva came into the club in January. Albeit still struggling on the road.

But they've hardly been able to get hold of the ball today, with the likes of Lazar Markovic struggling to make his mark.

City have clocked up more than 70% of possession so far. A hot day to be doing a lot of running off the ball...
