  1. FULL-TIME

    Everton 4-0 Hull

Did I mention Everton are level on points with fifth-placed Arsenal?

Many thanks for your company. You can read a match report of this game on the BBC Sport website. Until next time.

  2. Lukaku at the double

Awful defending by Hull lets in Lukaku for his second in as many minutes. The Everton striker rolls the ball into the net after pouncing on a poor back pass.

  3. GOAL - Everton 4-0 Hull

    Romelu Lukaku

Everton have to keep hold of Lukaku!

  4. Lukaku strikes again

    Everton 3-0 Hull

He's done it! Romelu Lukaku becomes the first Evertonian to score at least 20 league goals in a single season since Gary Lineker scored 30 in 1985-86.

It's a clinical finish from the Belgium striker having been put through by Enner Valencia.

    Romelu Lukaku

    Twenty up for Lukaku.

  6. Post update

    Everton 2-0 Hull

Enner Valencia scored 69 seconds after coming on for Tom Davies. That's what you call making an impact.

  7. Post update

    Everton 2-0 Hull

Will Romelu Lukaku get his 20th Premier League goal of the season?

He's twice gone close from distance but remains level on 19 with Harry Kane at the top of the scoring charts.

  8. Post update

    Everton 2-0 Hull

Everton are pressing for a third. Gareth Barry chips narrowly over from the edge of the penalty area after being teed-up by Ross Barkley who has got stronger as the game has gone on.

  9. Super sub Valencia

Everton are going level on points with fifth-placed Arsenal.

Substitute Enner Valencia, who has only been on the pitch for a matter of moments, combines with Romelu Lukaku before applying a fine finish to leave his team within sight of a sixth successive Premier League home win.

  11. Post update

    Everton 1-0 Hull

That red card...no doubt it was a poor challenge by Huddlestone but there doesn't appear to have been any intent to hurt Gueye.

Referee Paul Tierney was convinced it deserved a red card though.

  12. RED CARD

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Disaster for Hull. Tom Huddlestone is shown a straight red after clattering into Idrissa Gueye. The Tigers will spend the remainder of the game with 10 men. Is that game over for them?

  13. CLOSE!

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Everton's defence falls asleep and Andrew Robertson fires into the side netting from close range when he should have done better.

  14. Post update

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Around 20 minutes remaining. Hull are not done and Andrea Ranocchia is beginning to deliver some decent balls into the Everton penalty area.

Everton need a second goal to calm the nerves of their fans.

  15. SUBSTITUTION

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Hull make their first change - and it's an attacking one. Forward Kamil Grosicki is on for defender Curtis Davies.

  16. YELLOW CARD

    Everton 1-0 Hull

First booking of the game goes to Ashley Willams and he can have no complaints after hauling down Lazar Markovic in full flight.

  17. Post update

    Everton 1-0 Hull

A delicious cross by Alfred N'Diaye causes a rare moment of panic inside the Everton penalty area.

The Toffees respond through Romelu Lukaku who forces a corner after Eldin Jakupovic dives full stretch to keep out his stinging effort after a wonderful pass by Leighton Baines.

  18. SUBSTITUTION

    Everton 1-0 Hull

    Change in formation for Everton?

Young goalscorer Dominic Calvert-Lewin gets a standing ovation as he is replaced by Ramiro Funes Mori, who has a chance with his very first touch but can't find the target from an angle inside the Hull box.

  19. CLOSE!

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Lukaku...just over the bar after creating space for himself outside the Hull penalty area. That's the closest he has come to notching his 20th Premier League goal of the campaign.

    Romelu Lukaku
  20. Post update

    Everton 1-0 Hull

Two successive corner for Hull which come to nothing. That pretty much sums up their afternoon and Marco Silva shows his frustration.
